Return & Refund Policy
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns
Velosin offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We do not accept returns after 30 days. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below prior to your purchase.
*If the product is returned for non-quality problems, the return delivery fee will need to be paid by the customer.
*If customers receive damaged products, they do not need to bear the return shipping cost.
*If the product is not wanted by the customer or was purchased by mistake, the return delivery fee will need to be paid by the customer.
*If customers receive incorrect products, they do not need to bear the return shipping cost.
Please kindly note:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to return
1. Email Sales@velosin.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Attach photos showing the items in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
2. Proof of purchase is required.
3. We will provide you with the return address via email. Please do not send your return to the address on the package.
4. Share the return tracking number with us for faster processing.
5. Allow 2-5 business days for our warehouse to inspect the returned items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Sales@velosin.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
