About Shipping
We will usually ship within 1-3 working days. Please note that all orders are subject to method of payment verification, and if we are unable to verify your purchase in time this can delay your shipment.
Deliveries are made on business days. (From Monday to Friday)
You'll receive an email notification when your order ships.
Your tracking number and the express company name will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out.
If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at Sales@velosin.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

Shipping Cost: $30 based on the value of products.
Free U.S. Shipping on Orders over $300

You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
For orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
