Structure
Our products are composed of 4 layers, starting from the outer edge is 1st layer that is to protects the underneath vinyl and is called the protection layer. After that, the high-grade polymeric vinyl is supported with pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. Lastly, there is a layer of High Quality 130um Plastic Liner.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Velosin offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We do not accept returns after 30 days. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below prior to your purchase.

How to return
1. Email Sales@velosin.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Attach photos showing the items in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
2. Proof of purchase is required.
3. We will provide you with the return address via email. Please do not send your return to the address on the package.
4. Share the return tracking number with us for faster processing.
5. Allow 2-5 business days for our warehouse to inspect the returned items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
